Robert Half Permanent Placement is partnering with a leading global manufacturer in Tonawanda, NY on their search for an Accounts Receivable Associate to join their team. In this role you will be a critical resource and support for managing incoming payments and ensuring accurate processing of invoices. This is a hybrid role with 4 days in-office and Friday’s remote! Starting salary is $52,000 - $56,000 based on experience and includes an excellent benefits package. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Perform business-to-business collections activities, including follow-up with customers and coordination with sales and service teams to resolve invoicing or payment discrepancies
• Prepare and analyze Accounts Receivable Aging reports to monitor outstanding balances and identify collection priorities
• Collaborate with the Finance and Commercial teams to review past-due accounts and develop collection strategies
• Partner with international colleagues to support cash application processes and address daily cash reconciliation issues
• Maintain detailed records of collection activities and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Assist with process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of receivables management

• 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a related accounting role with a solid understanding of finance and bookkeeping principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with Oracle, BPCS, or D365 preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across remote sites
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks
