We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have an Administrative Assistant opportunity with a Fintech company in Charlotte, NC.
The Administrative Assistant (Resolution Specialist) is responsible for serving as the single point of contact for distressed homeowners, offering guidance, support, and a compassionate ear during some of their most challenging times.


Your specific duties will include:

• Managing digital filing, document review, and financial analysis with strong attention to detail.
• Providing professional, solution-oriented support to homeowners, real estate agents, and attorneys.
• Collaborating with loss mitigation underwriters at major mortgage servicers to drive successful outcomes.
• Resolving complex, evolving distressed-homeownership situations.
• Managing multiple workflows in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
• Maintaining a positive, professional attitude in challenging situations.

Required qualifications for the position include:

• College degree in a related or professional field preferred; equivalent professional experience accepted.
• 2-3 years of recent, non-virtual, full-time office experience.
• Strong math, computer, and communication skills required.
• Willingness to obtain a real estate license for compliance purposes only (no sales duties).
• Demonstrated technical proficiency in a collaborative office environment.

Pay Rate Range : $45000 to $58000 for salaried positions

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
