Milevista is a creative agency that helps brands bring their ideas to life through strategic campaigns and engaging experiences. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Advertising Assistant to support our team with campaign coordination and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in organizing and coordinating advertising campaigns and client projects
Support the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and client proposals
Track project timelines, approvals, and deliverables
Maintain organized records, files, and reports related to campaigns
Help manage budgets, invoices, and purchase orders for advertising projects
Conduct basic market or competitor research when needed
Provide general administrative support to the advertising department
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field preferred)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Team player with a proactive attitude
