Overview/ Job Responsibilities

Sev1Tech is seeking an Agile Scrum Master to support the Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic (NIWC Atlantic) Expeditionary Enterprise Systems and Services (E2S2) Division. NIWC Atlantic provides design acquisition and sustainment services for Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) Information Technology (IT) systems.

Other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications

• Active Secret Level Clearance
• Bachelors degree in a business or technical field
• Minimum ten (10) years experience in engineering/science management operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis.
• Experience shall include collection review and analysis of information in order to make recommendations to the Government.
• Analyze relevant data which may include annual revenues employment or expenditures.
• Interview managers and employees while observing their operations.
• Develop solutions to problems.
• In the course of preparing recommendations understand the nature of the organization the relationship it has with others in the Government and its internal organization and culture.
• Prepare and solve mathematical models.

Available for minimal travel Approximately one week-longtrip per quarter (CONUS)

• Experience with Leading and facilitating
• Experience with Communicating technical details to stakeholders
• Experience with Problem Solving
• Organized and can keep team organized
