Job Overview: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Baker to join our team at Basquia Bakery. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and Bake Goods: Produce a range of pastries, breads, and cakes, with an emphasis on gluten-free items made from rice flour. Recipe Development: Collaborate with the team to develop new and innovative gluten-free recipes that align with our brand's standards and customer preferences. Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet Basquia Bakery's quality standards for taste, texture, and appearance. Inventory Management: Monitor ingredient stock levels, place orders as needed, and ensure proper storage to maintain freshness and prevent waste. Maintain Cleanliness: Uphold strict hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain baking equipment, reporting any issues to management promptly. Qualifications: Proven experience as a baker, with a strong portfolio of gluten-free baking preferred. In-depth knowledge of baking techniques and the science behind gluten-free baking. Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
