Who We’re Looking For Practice Leaders in Bankruptcy : If you’re an experienced bankruptcy attorney who can independently handle matters such as Chapter 7, Chapter 11 or Chapter 13 cases, debt restructuring, and creditors’ rights, we have a platform to support you. Courtroom or substantial negotiation experience in Chapter 7, Chapter 11, Chapter 13 or related bankruptcy proceedings; comfort handling complex restructurings, creditor negotiations, and other high-stakes matters. Licensed to practice law in Texas or Louisiana (or eligible to waive in, depending on office location).
