Who We’re Looking For Practice Leaders in Bankruptcy : If you’re an experienced bankruptcy attorney who can independently handle matters such as Chapter 7, Chapter 11 or Chapter 13 cases, debt restructuring, and creditors’ rights, we have a platform to support you. Ideal Qualifications 5+ years of experience in bankruptcy law at a law firm, with demonstrated leadership and an ability to run matters from inception to resolution. Portable book of business is welcome (and can rapidly accelerate your compensation), but not required. Courtroom or substantial negotiation experience in Chapter 7, Chapter 11, Chapter 13 or related bankruptcy proceedings; comfort handling complex restructurings, creditor negotiations, and other high-stakes matters. Licensed to practice law in Texas or Louisiana (or eligible to waive in, depending on office location).
