We're looking for a Big Data Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a background in advanced analytics, machine learning, and multi-cloud architectures to support critical government and intelligence initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES * Design and optimize big data frameworks for use across multi-cloud environments * Apply machine learning models to support mission-focused data analysis and automation * Build scalable analytics solutions for structured and unstructured data sets * Provide strategic input on data architecture, governance, and security * Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and mission teams to translate requirements into solutions * Assess new technologies and tools to enhance enterprise data capabilities * Support integration of data sources across cloud-native and on-premises systems REQUIREMENTS * TS/SCI clearance required, including additional security screenings * * Full Performance: High school diploma/GED with 8 years, associate's with 6 years, bachelor's with 4 years, or master's with 2 years of relevant experience * Senior Level: High school diploma/GED with 10 years, associate's with 8 years, bachelor's with 6 years, master's with 4 years, or PhD with 2 years * Expert/Master Level: High school diploma/GED with 12 years, associate's with 10 years, bachelor's with 8 years, master's with 6 years, or PhD with 4 years * Deep expertise in big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) and multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) * Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, PyTorch) * Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala * Familiarity with data pipeline development and real-time data processing * Proven ability to design and implement data-intensive solutions at scale * Experience supporting analytics for the intelligence or defense community * Knowledge of cybersecurity principles in big data environments * Experience integrating AI/ML with mission systems or real-time applications * Contributions to open-source data tools or participation in technical communities Join a mission-driven team advancing government communication capabilities and operational readiness.
