We’re hiring on behalf of our client in Pittsburgh, PA for a Brand Engagement & Marketing Assistant.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on face-to-face interaction, enjoys solving problems, and wants to contribute to engaging marketing campaigns with real impact. You'll play a key role in delivering a personalized, relationship-driven experience between major brands and their customers.

This is not a telemarketing or call center role. This position is centered around direct in-person interaction , promotions, and sales—making it ideal for candidates looking to grow in marketing, communications, or customer-facing sales roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present and promote products and services directly to customers in retail or event settings
• Deliver outstanding customer service and guide consumers through the sales process
• Execute promotional campaigns and represent brand messaging professionally
• Collaborate with internal team members and client contacts to improve campaign results
• Support new team members through mentorship and knowledge sharing

What We're Looking For:

• Entry-level candidates with strong communication skills and a people-first mindset
• Background in marketing, customer service, communications, or sales is a plus
• Able to work onsite daily in the Pittsburgh, PA area
• Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
• Must be able to start within 1–2 weeks if offered a position
