Robert Half is recruiting for our client, an established and growing multi-brand organization, seeking a Business Development Coach This unique position supports franchise owners across two brands, providing hands-on sales coaching, business planning, and field support to help local entrepreneurs grow their businesses and thrive in their communities.

The Role

In this dual-brand position, you will be the primary partner for franchisees, guiding them through sales development, local outreach, and strategic planning. From delivering structured coaching programs to facilitating in-person visits nationwide, this role combines sales leadership, business development, and franchise support. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide sales coaching, training, and business development support to franchise owners
  • Deliver structured onboarding and post-training programs for new franchisees
  • Conduct ongoing one-on-one coaching sessions to drive prospecting, sales activity, and community engagement
  • Lead field visits and virtual sessions to support cold calling, lead generation, and revenue growth
  • Facilitate Strategic Business Planning sessions with franchisees
  • Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with local sales efforts
  • Collect, share, and implement best practices across the network
  • Travel ~50% nationwide to visit franchisees and attend conferences/events
  • Deliver training content at regional and national meetings
  • Maintain accurate records of coaching sessions, activities, and outcomes

What You Bring

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • 5+ years in sales, business development, or franchise support
  • Background in franchising, logistics/shipping, or printing is highly valued
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and motivate toward sales goals
  • Strong business acumen, with experience creating sales plans and tracking KPIs
  • Confident leading cold calling and local sales outreach initiatives
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Google Suite
  • Ability to travel up to 50% and manage priorities independently
  • Positive, collaborative, and entrepreneurial mindset
