Executive Recruiter- Northbound Executive Search

A leading global investment bank is looking to hire a Campus Recruiter / HRBP with experience in campus recruiting, coordination, and HR support. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to transition from recruiting into a broader Human Resources role.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Business Partner teams day-to-day operations
• Partner with the U.S. Advisory Business Partner team on year-end processes
• Provide direct support to employees and managers across multiple lines of business and U.S.-managed global office locations (Asia, Canada, Israel)
• Collaborate with the Workday and Onboarding teams to input employee data and changes into Workday (HRIS)
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and perform other duties as assigned
• Prepare data analysis, reports, and impactful presentations for the Business Partner team and senior leadership

Requirements:

• 1+ year of professional office experience
• Strong time-management, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Flexibility for early mornings or late meetings, as needed
