Responsibilities Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies to attract top talent from universities and colleges. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at educational institutions, including career services and faculty. Coordinate and participate in campus career fairs, information sessions, and recruitment events. Review and screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for internships and entry-level positions. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process. Utilize social media and online platforms to promote job openings and company culture. Track and report on campus recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and guide strategy adjustments. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience in campus recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in the technology or consumer electronics sector. Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with students and university staff. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey Sharp's value proposition. Understanding of the student recruitment landscape and trends in higher education.
