About the Role

The Company is seeking a Career Coach to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting individuals in their career development and job readiness. This includes assisting with goal setting, decision-making, and the application of job readiness and life skills content. The Career Coach will also help participants identify education and training opportunities that lead to successful career outcomes. Essential duties include developing and implementing coaching strategies, coordinating supportive services, and providing individual and group support to students. The role requires a high level of comfort with data, a commitment to a data-driven culture, and the ability to work with diverse populations. Applicants for the Career Coach position at the company should have a bachelor's degree (preferred) and 1-2 years' of experience in case management or a related field. The role demands excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with cloud-based CRM platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program planning, the ability to manage multiple obligations, and a proven track record of working effectively in teams. A positive, energetic, and entrepreneurial attitude, as well as a strong orientation toward community engagement, are highly valued. Experience in public speaking, volunteer management, or curriculum development, and a background in human service agencies, education institutions, or workforce development, are also preferred.
