About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to provide comprehensive internal and external coordination, management, and oversight of all administrative activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining effective systems in various areas, including financial and budgetary controls, personnel programs, grant and contract management, and facilities management. The CAO will also play a lead role in financial negotiations, serve as an advisor to the Principal, and act as a liaison between the faculty, staff, university departments, the school district, and the community. Additionally, the role involves overseeing the hiring, supervising, and training of non-academic staff and assisting with the recruitment of academic staff.
