About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for its information technology and institutional research functions. Applicants for the CIO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 5 years of leadership experience in IT strategy and operations. A background in higher education is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT and institutional research, experience with enterprise systems, cybersecurity best practices, and data privacy regulations. They should possess excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, and be adept at problem-solving and fostering a culture of collaboration and professional development within the IT department. The CIO will also be expected to work closely with various stakeholders, including the President's cabinet, to ensure that technology services support the company's mission and strategic goals.
