JOB SUMMARY: The Registered Respiratory Therapist Learning and Development Coordinator is a registered respiratory therapist with demonstrated clinical and management skills who is accountable and responsible for maintaining the standards of care, coordinating operations, and supervising personnel in the Hospital. A second important function is the ability to work in a collaborative manner with the physicians, shift directors and admission resource managers to facilitate timely patient care, considering resources, patient care needs, and quality, safe care. Responsible and accountable for staffing and scheduling changes once the schedule is posted. Additional responsibilities include ensuring that process improvement and service excellence improvement initiatives are followed. Responsible for the implementation of the vision, mission, philosophy, core values, evidence-based practice, and standards of the organization, and respiratory therapy services within the Hospital.

Salary Range: Minimum 44.98/hour - Maximum 78.73/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
