Job Description

UWorld is seeking a Contract Digital Content Writer to produce and edit digital content in support of our finance and accounting verticals. The Digital Content Writer will produce SEO-focused content for webpages, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other forms of marketing collateral.

Minimum Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, business, accounting, finance, or related field.
• Completed CPA, CMA, or CFA is preferred.

Minimum Experience Required

• Previous experience creating SEO content for webpages
• Previous communications experience
• Knowledge of e-learning and exam prep and/or accounting or finance fields preferred but not required

• Superior organizational and self-motivation skills
• Ability to track and report metrics of success
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to react in a constructive manner to direct feedback and constructive criticism
• Exceptional attention to detail with respect to adhering to and enforcing UWorld brand standards

Job Duties: (Including but not limited to)

• Produce and edit content for various forms of marketing material – web pages, blogs, brochures, sell sheets, social media posts, eBooks, infographics, etc.
• Produce SEO-focused digital marketing materials
• Compose thought leadership pieces, including whitepapers, eBooks, and bylined articles
• Create the appropriate message and tone of voice for various audiences in the accounting and finance space
