 As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the face of our campaigns—engaging with the public, communicating key messages, and driving support for important initiatives. 
 Key Responsibilities: 
 Engage directly with community members, donors, and supporters at live outreach events 
 Represent nonprofit and advocacy clients by clearly communicating campaign messages with empathy, passion, and professionalism 
 Build strong, positive relationships that inspire continued engagement and donor support 
 Collaborate with team members to maximize outreach effectiveness and campaign visibility 
 Serve as a public-facing representative for causes that are changing the world 
 Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills 
 Genuine interest in nonprofit work, advocacy, or social impact campaigns 
 Friendly, outgoing attitude with a strong sense of purpose 
 Quick to learn and adapt in dynamic, people-facing environments 
 No prior experience necessary—comprehensive paid training provided 
 Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
