About the Role We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to focus exclusively on calling inbound leads, following up with prospects, and booking qualified meetings for our Account Executives. This is not a closing role. Your core responsibility is setting qualified appointments with high-intent prospects who have expressed interest in financial trading education and tools. Success in this role requires high energy, clear communication, and the ability to qualify quickly and professionally. If you are not confident on the phone, detail-oriented with follow-up, or internally motivated by performance—this role will not be a fit. Responsibilities Call and Qualify Inbound Leads: Daily outbound dials to leads who have opted in, downloaded a resource, or attended a webinar. Follow-Up with Unconverted Prospects: Use phone, SMS, and email to re-engage past leads and no-shows. Pre-Call Research: Quickly understand who you’re calling and personalize outreach based on intent and buyer profile. Book Calendar Meetings: Your primary KPI is qualified booked calls that show up and match the ICP (ideal customer profile). CRM Discipline: Log every activity with accuracy. Keep all statuses, notes, and follow-up tasks up to date. Daily Productivity: Maintain an average of 75–100 total touchpoints per day (calls, texts, emails combined). Work Closely with Closers: Provide context, pre-call notes, and handoffs that improve close rate downstream. Handle Objections Professionally: Identify time-wasters, disqualify respectfully, and protect the calendar.
