This hybrid role includes both Dental Assisting and Front Desk Receptionist responsibilities, offering variety, growth, and the chance to make a real impact on patient experiences. Position Summary The Dental Assistant/Receptionist will play a dual role supporting both clinical and administrative operations. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and comfortable assisting chairside as well as managing front desk tasks. You will help ensure smooth patient flow, efficiency, and exceptional care. Key Responsibilities Dental Assisting Duties Assist the dentist during procedures and exams Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms Take X-rays and update patient records (as permitted by WI regulations) Provide patient education and support Maintain a clean and safe clinical environment Front Desk / Reception Duties Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and verify insurance Handle patient inquiries and maintain excellent customer service Assist with billing, payment collection, and administrative tasks Keep the office running smoothly and efficiently Requirements Some Dental Assistant experience REQUIRED Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team Reliable, professional, and eager to learn Comfortable multi-tasking between clinical and administrative duties Benefits 401(k) Uniform Allowance Dental Benefit Paid Vacation Paid Holidays Supportive, fun, and team-oriented work environment Why Join Burleigh Dental?
