Verber Dental Group is seeking an experienced Dental Lab Technician – Ceramist to join our Vertrue Dental Lab Team. You will create high-quality ceramic restorations and full-arch prosthetics—including crowns, bridges, and dentures—using precision techniques and patient-specific molds. You’ll collaborate closely with dentists and occasionally with patients to ensure optimal fit, function, and esthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read prescriptions and specifications from dentists
• Prepare and mix porcelain with precision
• Apply porcelain layers to create functional, aesthetic restorations
• Stain, glaze, and finish restorations with attention to detail
• Check margins, occlusion, and contacts for accuracy
• Fire porcelain at the correct temperatures and times
• Operate 3D printers for dentures, crowns, and other prosthetics
• Work with models and occasionally patients to ensure proper fit
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace following safety protocols
• Adhere to OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of dental lab experience, focused on ceramics
• Skilled in full-arch prosthetics, staining, glazing, and finishing
• Experience working with Zirconia
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Knowledge of dental prosthetics construction and repair
• Experience with CAD/CAM systems a plus
• Strong communication skills and team player mindset
• Willingness to travel to other local VDG offices as needed
