About Our Client Our client is a strong and steadily growing General Contractor that's been delivering quality work across the public & commercial sectors for decades, with projects including fire stations, schools, restaurants, and municipal renovations across Massachusetts. They are actively growing and looking to add a skilled Superintendent to their team!
Job Description - Manage daily on-site construction operations to ensure project milestones are met.
- Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to address any on-site challenges.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports and site logs.
- Oversee the quality of work to ensure it aligns with project specifications and client expectations.
- Lead site meetings and communicate effectively with team members and external partners.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.

The Successful Applicant A successful Design Build - South Shore Superintendent should have:
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience working on commercial or public projects up to $20M
- MA CSL (REQUIRED)
- A deep understanding of construction management and on-site operations.
- Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulatory compliance in construction.
