Responsibilities Lead the company’s financial planning cadence, including annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range plans. Perform monthly financial reporting, including forecast and budget variance analysis and reconciliations. Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing finance team; implement systems and processes to mature FP&A capabilities. Maintain and enhance financial components of the business intelligence platform, including profitability by SKU. Collaborate with business unit and department leaders to develop budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans. Prepare and present business cases to support new investments, strategic initiatives, and other key decisions. Provide detailed insights to senior management around financial modeling, forecasts, and profitability projections. Support M&A activities, including financial due diligence, valuation modeling, and integration planning. Prepare and deliver presentations to the Board of Directors and investors, providing insights on financial performance and strategic initiatives. Leverage data analytics to identify performance drivers, ROI opportunities, and operational improvements. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. Minimum of 7–8 years of progressive experience in FP&A or related finance roles, including leadership experience. Proven experience managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes. Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools such as Excel and financial planning software. Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and present to executive audiences. Working knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles. Preferred Qualifications Experience with BI and financial systems (e.g., Tableau, Hyperion, Snowflake). Prior involvement in M&A transactions and Board-level reporting.
