This exciting leadership role will be responsible to design, implement, and sustain a strategic initiative for the Starbucks enterprise, Intelligent Demand and Scenario Planning (IDSP).
IDSP is a transformational approach to demand planning focused on improving forecast quality through an enterprise-wide, integrative design facilitated with new technology and processes.
It is an investment in technology and business processes designed to improve demand forecast accuracy leveraging internal insights, machine learning, and predictive analytics.
The delivery of IDSP for GSC will improve or mitigate many of the current challenges, including:
