The Role: We're looking for a Junior Underwriter to join our growing E&S Personal Lines Underwriting team. This is a launchpad role for someone early in their career, who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a mission-driven company at the intersection of climate and insurance. You’ll work alongside experienced underwriters and gain hands-on exposure to our underwriting processes, risk evaluation models, broker communications, and real-time quoting workflows. Core Responsibilities: This role is designed for someone proactive, curious, and excited to be in a fast-moving environment.
