Job Summary Fueling strategy with powerful insights! As an Analyst, Strategy & Analytics, you will drive operational impact by delivering data-driven insights and innovation across a variety of initiatives. You will partner with operations leaders to analyze hospitality performance, recommend enhancements, and support decision-making that shapes the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and present insights related to pricing, labor, cost management, and guest experience
- Build dashboards, heat maps, and custom reports to support decision-making
- Collaborate with operators and partners to understand business needs
- Recommend technology solutions to enhance operational performance
- Apply AI tools and survey analytics to improve profitability and service
Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in analytics, consulting, or a client-facing role
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Experience with SQL, R, Python, PowerBI, and/or Tableau
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate complex data for non-technical audiences
