Manpower Engineering is hiring an experienced  Electronics Engineering Technician  for a  contract-to-hire  opportunity with our client in  Munster, Indiana . This is a  mid- to senior-level  role ideal for candidates with a strong background in electronics diagnostics and repair—especially those with military or industrial experience.

🔍  What You’ll Be Doing:

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of electronic devices, including:
• AC/DC and Servo drives
• Analog/digital I/O boards
• Inverters and industrial control devices

• Use SMT and thru-hole soldering techniques with equipment like Pace rework systems
• Troubleshoot down to the component level on PCBs
• Work with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, and Huntron trackers

  ✅  What We’re Looking For:

  2-year degree in Electronics Technology preferred, or 7–10 years of hands-on experience (military electronics experience highly valued) Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Proficiency in both  THT and SMT soldering/desoldering Experience with test equipment and electronic repair tools. A hands-on mindset—tinkerers and hobbyists (e.g., auto repair, electronics) are a great fit. Dependable, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
