The Endpoint Administrator manages endpoint security for a large software client, focusing on vulnerability management using Tenable logs, patching, and remediation. This role is for our large software client located in Herndon, VA. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Endpoint Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing endpoint security, particularly in handling Tenable logs with vulnerabilities, and coordinating with end u for patching and remediation. This role involves performing remote script execution, monitoring encryption processes, and troubleshooting migration issues.
Proven experience as an Endpoint Administrator or similar role.
Strong knowledge of endpoint security tools, particularly Tenable.
Experience with remote script execution and encryption management.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and experience with migration projects.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator) are a plus.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in an IT Services End-user support or Endpoint Administrator role
- Experience working with end u on a daily basis, remoting into their workstations and supporting their issues
- Experience patching vulnerabilities
- Experience supporting a Windows, Microsoft, and Cloud Azure environment
- Experience using MECM
- Great communication skills
- Onsite 4 days per week in Herndon, VA
