At Storti Quality, a Magnolia River company, our team of visual inspectors and NGD installers are responsible for
ensuring the safety of natural gas meters for residential and commercial customers. In this role,
you will provide a valuable service to the community by ensuring the safety of our local gas network.

The role starts at $22-25/hr and will also come with a monthly $450/month vehicle allowance. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Natural Gas Detection Technician - Perform external surface inspection for any visible corrosion
- Conduct leak testing utilizing a GMI (gas measurement instrument)
- Reporting results on a mobile device with an installed application
- Install Natural Gas Detectors (NGD)
- Maintain a high level of worksite health and safety
Requirements of the Entry Level Natural Gas Detection Technician - 0-3+ years construction experience
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Previous utility customer experience is a plus
- Knowledge of computer software tools
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
- Valid Third-party liability auto insurance coverage of at $100K/$300K/$50K, plus collision and comprehensive coverage with deductibles of not more than $1,000.00.
- OSHA 10-30 or HAZWOPER training
- Ability to carry a load of 40 pounds
- Ability to climb up and down ladders
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Able to work from time to time in inclement weather
- Ability to comply with all Client requirements
