About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Communications to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive communication and public relations strategies. This role is pivotal in ensuring clear, transparent, and timely communication with all stakeholders, including the Superintendent, Board of Education, staff, families, and the community. The Executive Director will lead the communication team, manage media relations, and oversee digital and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a public school district or large organization.
