• \nAssist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.\n

• \nProvide companionship and emotional support to clients.\n

• \nAdminister medications according to care plans\n
\n

• \nPrepare meals\n
\n

\n

• \nPerform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean living environment.\n

• \nAssist with mobility using equipment such as Hoyer lifts when necessary.\n
\n

\n

\n
• \nEngage clients in meaningful activities that promote cognitive function and social interaction.\n
\n

• \nProvide specialized care for clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or developmental disabilities.\n
\n

• \nCollaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans effectively.\n

\nSkills\n

• \nExperience in home health, hospice care, or long-term care settings is a plus.\n

• \nStrong patient observation skills to identify changes in health status.\n

• \nAbility to perform heavy lifting when assisting clients with mobility needs.\n

• \nKnowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality.\n
