Job Title: Experienced Paralegal/Atty - Business, Civil, and P.I. Litigation

Compensation: $27 to $35

Position Summary:

A solo practitioner at the Law Offices of Andrew Ritholz is seeking a highly experienced Paralegal/Attorney with a strong background in Business Litigation, Civil Litigation, and Personal Injury Litigation to join our team in Monrovia, CA. Our firm takes pride in its commitment to providing exceptional legal representation and is looking for a candidate with 5+ years of experience to contribute to our continued success.

Responsibilities:

• Perform legal research and draft legal documents, including briefs, motions, and correspondence
• Assist with discovery, law and motion, and trial preparation
• Communicate with clients, court personnel, and other legal professionals
• Maintain and organize case files and client records
• Provide administrative support to the legal team as needed

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Paralegal or Attorney in Business, Civil, and Personal Injury Litigation
• Strong understanding of legal terminology, court procedures, and legal research tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal software programs
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in discovery, law and motion, and trial preparation

Important Note: This is NOT a fully remote position. Candidates must be able and willing to work on-site at our Monrovia office.
