Your Role

As the face and voice of AT&T, you’ll have the freedom to organize your day to meet customers when and where it suits them best. Your mission? To close deals by providing hands-on demos, conducting WiFi assessments, delivering tech solutions, and resolving issues—keeping our customers connected to what matters most.

• Kickstart with Paid Training: We’ll set you up for success with comprehensive training, coaching, and ongoing learning opportunities to keep you tech-savvy and independent in the field.
• Lead Generation: You’ll take cold calls all the way to the sale while managing and achieving your sales targets.
• Strong Negotiation Skills: Your communication prowess will help you pivot smoothly and stay motivated to close the sale.

What We Expect from You

• Sales Experience: Some prior sales experience is preferred, especially in target-driven environments.
• Valid Driver’s License: A company car is part of the package, so be ready to hit the road!
• Flexible Schedule: You’ll work varied hours to meet customers’ needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Safety First: Utilize required PPE and adhere to all safety measures, including basic sanitizing procedures.

Your Earnings Potential

Our Field Sales Representatives earn between $43,100 - $51,090 plus up to $20,000 in commissions when sales goals are met. With uncapped commission opportunities, top sellers can average $71,029 per year. Your starting salary may vary based on geography, experience, and education.
