Are you a driven, client-focused sales professional ready to tap into the lucrative Commercial Flooring sector ? We're seeking a high-energy Commercial Flooring Salesperson to build and manage B2B relationships in the Chicago, IL market.

This role offers an exceptional earning structure with a clear path to high income. You'll start on-site to learn our processes, with the opportunity to transition into a flexible hybrid or remote work arrangement as you establish your pipeline. Compensation & Structure: High Earning Potential

We offer a compensation package designed to reward performance:

  • Commission: 20% commission on gross profit (uncapped earning potential)
  • Schedule: Flexible, typically MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM.
  • Work Type: Starts On-Site , quickly moving to Hybrid (part-time in office, part-time in field).


What You'll Do: Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Client Development: Develop and maintain robust B2B client relationships within the commercial flooring sector.
  • Proposal Management: Prepare detailed estimates and present persuasive proposals to clients.
  • Pipeline Mastery: Manage the complete sales pipeline from initial lead generation to the final close.
  • Collaboration: Work seamlessly with our internal teams (operations, project management) to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.


Requirements & Logistics
  • Experience: 1+ year of B2B sales experience is required. Experience in flooring or construction sales is a strong plus .
  • Skills: Strong communication, excellent client service skills, and a self-motivated, organized approach to working independently.
  • Vehicle: Must have your own reliable vehicle for client travel; mileage will be reimbursed .
  • Clearance: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. A background check is required.
