About the Role: We’re hiring a full-time Video Editor with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for high-quality, cinematic content. You’ll be editing for a diverse portfolio of celebrity clients, national brands, and social-first entrepreneurs. This is not entry-level. You must be experienced, fast, and fluent in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro. What You’ll Be Doing: Edit engaging short-form and long-form content for social media, brand campaigns, and digital advertising Deliver clean, polished videos with expert-level audio, pacing, and color grading Collaborate with our creative team to bring scripts and storyboards to life Maintain Shyft Media’s high production standard across all client work Handle revisions with professionalism and speed using Frame.io and other team tools Stay on top of trends in editing, social formats, and viral content styles Requirements: Minimum 3 years of professional video editing experience Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve A strong portfolio that proves your ability to edit premium content Understanding of modern content formats (especially for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Reels) Bonus: Motion graphics, After Effects, and color grading expertise Reliable, organized, and obsessed with clean, on-brand work What We Offer: Competitive salary (based on experience) Opportunity to edit for high-profile clients and celebrity brands Fast-paced, collaborative, and creatively fulfilling environment Work remotely with a team that respects your time and talent Massive potential for growth as Shyft Media expands Want to work with us?
