Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Functional ERP Specialist to support and optimize the Human Resources module of its CGI Advantage ERP system. This role is critical in ensuring the successful configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of HR functions including Workforce Management, New Hire and Onboarding, Employee and Manager Self Service, Talent Management, Benefits Management, Time and Attendance, and Payroll.

Pay Rate is between 45-50/hr. determined during the interview process by the hiring manager.
This role will require you to go into the office 2 days a week.

Skills and Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
· 3+ years of experience working with ERP systems, preferably CGI Advantage, in a functional HR capacity.
· Strong understanding of public sector HR processes and compliance requirements.
· Experience with modules such as Payroll, Benefits, Timekeeping, and Talent Management.
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external vendors. · Experience with CGI Advantage ERP in a government setting.
· Knowledge of system integration points between HR and Finance modules.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. null
