A top-tier international law firm is hiring a mid-level associate (3–6 years) to join its Private Equity Fund Formation team in New York.

You'll work on fund formation, structuring, and regulatory matters—advising on high-value, cross-border funds alongside a globally recognized AmLaw20 group.

Compensation: $260,000–$390,000 base salary, plus discretionary bonus, in line with the Cravath scale and commensurate with class year.

What You’ll Do:

• Advise on private equity fund structures and investor negotiations
• Draft/negotiation of fund documents and side letters
• Coordinate with global tax, regulatory, and finance teams

What We’re Looking For/ Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of experience in private equity fund formation at a top-tier law firm
• Admitted to the New York Bar
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Team-oriented with commercial judgment
• Comfortable managing complex matters and working directly with sophisticated clients
