Description Lundberg is look for an experienced Grain Elevator Operator. In this position you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of drying and storage facilities, including Circle Bins and Column Dryers. With a strong working knowledge of grain drying processes, you'll be responsible for maintaining product quality, upholding safety standards, and supporting peak-season operations. Key Responsibilities: Operate Drying & Storage Facilities Operate a minimum of three column dryers, including both low- and high-volume dryers, while meeting shipping schedules and quality standards. Receive, convey, and store grain products with attention to Identity Preservation protocols. Load trucks and operate one or more seed cleaning facilities. Review harvest cutsheets and paperwork prior to unloading. Sanitation & Maintenance Perform daily and seasonal cleaning of bins, machinery, and workstations. Conduct preventative maintenance and report mechanical issues. Maintain site cleanliness, including weed eating and general sanitation activities. Safety & Quality Compliance Follow all safety and quality policies in day-to-day operations. Accurately maintain shipping, drying, and inspection logs. Promptly report safety or quality concerns to supervisors. Work Environment Primarily outdoors, with variable temperatures and weather conditions. Exposure to dust, odors, mosquitoes, and high-to-low background noise. Physically active role involving lifting, climbing, and extended periods on your feet. This is NOT seasonal position. It is a fulltime, year round opportunity. Requirements 3+ years of grain elevator and drying experience required. Proficient in operating low-volume dryers and at least one high-volume dryer. Strong attention to detail and understanding of Identity Preservation practices. Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). Comfortable with heights and confined spaces. Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays during peak seasons. Lundberg Family Farms
