We’re looking for motivated, coachable, customer and client-focused Home-Based Insurance Agent to join our growing team. You’ll be working directly with individuals and families who have already expressed interest in insurance—no cold calling, just warm leads and inbound inquiries. Your job? Help guide them through the benefits enrollment process and ensure they feel supported every step of the way.
Whether you're an experienced agent or just getting started, we provide the tools, training, and support you need to succeed.
You will assist clients with warm leads to educate, provide quotes and sell any, or all insurance products. This is done by demonstrating advantages of our products, services and benefits while also overcoming objections to purchase. The ideal candidate has a positive mindset and lots of enthusiasm.
Our position is completely a work-from-home position, and we have long experience and success with training and onboarding new team members online. We are committed to helping you grow in your career. You’ll receive ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership opportunities to help you advance and achieve your goals. We believe in promoting from within and offering long-term career paths. This role requires a detail-oriented individual to be involved in a wide range of support activities in our insurance. This also involves setting up the necessary files for order processing, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow, and completing client orders with a focus on a balance of speed and accuracy.
