The Role

Our Home Performance technicians are an important role on the HVAC team. They perform duct cleanings, insulation work, and educate customers on air quality. Their priority is the customer, ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home.

What You'll Do

• Perform air duct cleanings, insulation jobs, and educate customers on indoor air quality products.
• Establish customer rapport to offer the right solutions, provide the right service, and create that "You're my go-to company" relationship.
• Always maintain a clean, organized job site and truck.
• Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and company events.
