PT PM Security Officer - Hilton Tampa Downtown A Security Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety of guests and team members, as well as the security of the hotel and property, in the hotel's ongoing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain financial profitability. What will I be doing? As a Security Officer, your responsibilities include: Patrolling the interior and perimeter of the hotel and property to identify potential safety, security risks, and undesirable conditions. Responding to emergency situations such as safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies, and threats to life or property. Promoting safe work practices. Initiating preliminary investigations into incidents as needed. Writing reports and ensuring the accuracy of necessary documentation. Responding to guest inquiries and requests, resolving guest issues promptly and courteously. What are we looking for?
