We are seeking a Hotel Manager who is ready to settle in, not just move through. In this role, you will Personally steward daily operations, ensuring every detail feels effortless and every guest feels at home. Build a small, close-knit team that reflects the enduring charm of Gearhart—warm, steady, and deeply hospitable. Manage with both heart and acumen—guiding financial performance while never losing sight of the guest experience. Serve as both host and leader, creating a culture of pride, presence, and belonging. Other functions Attends industry meetings and participates in industry organizations. Participates in and maintains active community relations. Participates in corporate activities and meetings, as requested. Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the guest experience. Input and retrieve information from computer system for file maintenance, correspondence and preparation of forecasts. Education and/or Experience Minimum 5 years of hotel management experience Experience with financial management, budgeting, and revenue strategies Knowledge of hotel systems, operations, and industry trends Hotel general management experience preferred. Proven track record of successes in achieving revenue and service objectives. Proven ability to recruit, motivate and train a team of professionals.
