This role involves handling a wide variety of administrative HR tasks, scheduling, and managing onboarding/offboarding processes. Job Description: The HR Assistant will support the HR team by managing administrative tasks, regulating the promotion process, and ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding procedures. This position requires strong organizational skills and a high level of confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: Manage a variety of administrative HR tasks, ensuring efficient support for the HR department. Schedule meetings, oversee promotion processes, gather necessary paperwork, and send letters. Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions. Create meeting agendas and record meeting minutes for HR-related meetings. Qualifications: 2+ years of HR support experience. Nonprofit experience is a plus! Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; HRIS knowledge (Workday) is a nice to have. Highly polished, organized, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
