Read more at Location: USA - Dallas-Fort Worth Int Apt, Grapevine, Esters Blvd Division: Solutions Job Posting Title: HR Assistant/Payroll Specialist Time Type: Full Time Responsibilities Provides support for the recruiting process (e.g., schedule interviews, sending background checks, attending job fairs/recruitment events as needed, drug tests and contacting select candidates) Coordinates the new hire orientation process (e.g., scheduling the orientation, preparing orientation paperwork, and creating the employee files), including I-9 completion/compliance. Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements Provides support on auditing, review and processing the paperwork and forms Participates in special projects and initiatives, to include engagement, job fairs and HR Assessments Must maintain confidentiality and perform all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures Supports company Open Enrollment period to ensure smooth processing. Supports Payroll processing Other Duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 1 year of Human Resources/payroll/clerical experience preferred Microsoft Office Local language required Other Skills Results-oriented Must have excellent organizational skills High level of interpersonal and communication skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation Attention to detail and ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines Must have a high sense of urgency and customer service focus Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Must be flexible with shifting priorities and business needs, including working a flexible schedule to support the business Core Competencies Independent Contributor Accountability Communication / Building Partnership Customer Orientation Developing Oneself Drive for Results Embracing Change Problem Solving Professional Competencies Work Environment Work is performed primarily in office.
