Additionally, this position offers cross-departmental collaboration, enabling broader exposure to different aspects of the business and expanding professional networks.

Who are we seeking:

  • Individuals who thrive on driving results, have a positive attitude, and take personal responsibility to hold themselves accountable to meet commitments.
  • Students who are enrolled full-time in college and actively pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university
  • Ability to work on-site at our State College or Chicago office Monday-Thursday for 29 hours maximum during designated program start date and end date.

Responsibilities :

  • Work closely with department teams on meaningful projects that drive business results.
  • Gain hands-on experience by contributing to day-to-day operations, research, analysis, and project execution.
  • Participate in regular check-ins with department leaders and mentors to review progress, provide feedback, and gain professional guidance.
  • Present findings, progress, and insights to the team or department heads.
  • Assist in the development of reports, presentations, and other departmental materials as needed.
  • Leverage opportunities to shadow employees in different departments to expand knowledge and networking.

** Our MINItern summer internship program begins on May 12, 2025 and ends on August 8, 2025 for State College and for Chicago begins on June 9, 2025 and ends on August 8, 2025.
