We are looking for a driven and service-oriented IT Director, with experience developing and implementing strategic plans, to join our team in Danielson, CT. This role is 100% on-site. As The IT Director For SPIROL, You Will Oversee all technology operations at SPIROL, evaluating those operations according to established objectives, ensuring compliance with all global and governmental regulations related to security and privacy. Work collaboratively with executive leadership to optimize the use of information technology, designing and implementing programs that enhance organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Provide technical leadership and work closely with functional councils and subject matter experts to deliver solutions in the digital space that improve SPIROL's operations and global competitiveness. Direct the effective delivery of networks and disaster recovery systems, ensuring business continuity protocols are in place to minimize disruptions during emergencies or data loss. Oversee the operational elements of SPIROL's IT systems, ensuring systemic corrective actions are implemented with a focus on root cause analysis and continuous improvement. The Successful Candidate Should Have Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or Computer Science. Experience in a manufacturing environment (Automotive or Aerospace preferred). 10+ years managing an IT department. Experience in driving and implementing 5-year plans and roadmaps. Effective communication skills across all organizational levels. Ability to travel to all SPIROL facilities globally.
