We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Director to lead our organization’s technology operations, infrastructure, and digital innovation. This role is responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and implementation of IT initiatives that align with business goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, technical, and business acumen, and will ensure reliable, secure, and scalable IT systems across the enterprise. Requirements What will be your key responsibilities? Develop and execute a strategic IT roadmap aligned with organizational goals Oversee all IT operations, including infrastructure, software development, cybersecurity, help desk, and systems administration Lead and manage IT teams, including hiring, mentoring, performance management, and team development Manage IT budgets, contracts, vendors, and service providers Ensure high availability and security of systems, data, and networks Oversee the planning and implementation of key technology projects (e.g., ERP, cloud migrations, cybersecurity enhancements) Create and enforce IT policies, compliance procedures, disaster recovery, and data governance Partner with executive leadership to identify business opportunities enabled by technology Stay up to date with emerging technologies and assess applicability for organizational growth What are we looking for?
