Overview
Vinci Compass is looking for a motivated Junior Trader to join our Broker Dealer – Wealth Management team in Miami. You will support senior traders and sales professionals in executing and managing client transactions across multiple asset classes. This role offers hands-on trading experience, market exposure, client engagement, and mentorship in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support client engagement and relationship development with the sales team.
• Execute and monitor trades across equities, fixed income, mutual funds, and other investment vehicles.
• Assist registered representatives and internal teams to ensure smooth trading operations.
• Process buy/sell transactions accurately and on time while maintaining compliance standards.
• Provide real-time quotes, communicate procedures, and respond to inquiries.
• Research and resolve trade discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure all trading activity follows firm policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• FINRA Series 7 license preferred (or willingness to obtain promptly).
• 1–2+ years in financial services; prior trading or trade support experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Pershing, Bloomberg, and Excel a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Highly organized and adaptable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese
