Job Description Position : Local Traveling Car Wash Associate
Location: 11818 W Dodge Rd, Omaha NE

What do we want? We seek a traveling associate with the ability to interact with multiple teams and fill in for various supporting roles. This individual will need to be the gold standard in all our processes, so attention to detail and high drive to win is a must. A successful candidate would love working outdoors in all conditions and will be excited to roll up their sleeves to get the job done! You will provide a positive environment and be highly skilled in the positions of the car wash. We need a dedicated team member that has experience in Customer Service and Detail work, and a willingness to learn the car wash industry. Daily location and job duties will be assigned throughout the Omaha metro to assist our 10 area locations that require employee coverage. Site location requirements will be assigned from one shift to 30 days, as needed. Your home base will be 118th and Dodge.
General Requirements: - Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check
- 40 Hour Work Week (Including Evenings and Weekends)
- Basic Computer Skills
- Highly developed communication skills - bilingual a plus!
- Carwash experience to understand industry-specific challenges and opportunities preferred
- 8 th Grade Proficiency or Above
- Valid Driver's License Required
Physical Requirements: - Able to lift at least 50lbs.
- Ability to be on your feet for at least 8 hours at a time.
- Mobility to work in areas that require kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
- Capable of working in both extreme weather elements - hot and cold
Responsibilities - Be the face of the organization and provide an exceptional customer service experience
- Maintain a safe and clean work area; keep alert for potential hazards
- Resolve all customer and membership issues in a timely manner
- Consistently meets sales and quality metrics
- Answer questions regarding car wash services and plans
- Process payment transactions
- Entertain customers and members
- Mechanical aptitude or knowledge a plus
- Cleaning vehicle Interiors and exteriors in compliance with company standards and client requests.
- Operating buffers, steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment to meet service expectations.
- Perform inspections and keeping accurate records of vehicles condition
- Other duties as assigned
