Position Summary The Manager, Integrations and RPA will lead a dynamic team of employees and strategic partners responsible for the development, support, and enhancement of automation and integration solutions across the enterprise. This role will oversee the delivery and maintenance of Microsoft Power Automate RPA workflows and Boomi integrations, ensuring scalable, secure, and high‑performing solutions that meet business needs. Essential Functions Leadership & Strategy Lead and mentor a team of developers, analysts, and partner resources focused on automation and integration. Define and execute strategic roadmaps for automation and integration platforms. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Manage relationships with partners to ensure proper resources are in place as required. Development & Support Oversee the design, development, and deployment of new RPA workflows using Microsoft Power Automate. Manage the lifecycle of Boomi integrations, including new builds, enhancements, and ongoing support. Monitor integration queues to ensure integrations are working as expected to meet daily business requirements. Ensure timely resolution of production issues and support requests. Oversee projects in this space to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and with expected quality. Governance & Best Practices Establish and enforce development standards, documentation practices, and governance models. Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards. Collaborate with enterprise architecture and security teams to align solutions with organizational standards. Stakeholder Engagement Partner with business units to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders. Manage vendor relationships and ensure partner deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s preferred. 8+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven experience with Microsoft Power Automate (including RPA) and Boomi. Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and automation frameworks. Ability to translate business workflows into functional requirements documents. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Experience working in Agile or hybrid development environments. Preferred Skills Experience with other automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere). Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM). Certification in Boomi or Power Platform technologies.
