Job Description Medical imaging is a fundamental piece of healthcare; from prevention to diagnosis and treatment, imaging is a key entry point into a more critical patient journey. Each year, hundreds of millions of tests are prescribed, yet the way imaging is facilitated in America is fundamentally broken. Patients often wait longer, pay more, and struggle to retrieve records of their imaging, which ultimately leads to worsened outcomes and negative experiences. Medmo is a new type of healthcare marketplace that gives consumers the freedom to easily access medical imaging services from accredited healthcare providers in their area. By creating the connective tissue between top imaging centers and providers, we ensure our patients receive affordable, high-quality care while our imaging partners improve the efficiency of their centers. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Medical Scribe/Data Entry Specialist . In this role, you will work closely with our operations teams to accurately review medical data in our proprietary system, support our patient operations functions, and provide valuable feedback to our engineering team. Responsibilities Support quality control workflows in our proprietary system to support our patient operations functions Review referrals for accuracy and errors to ensure they can be processed correctly Collaborate across our patient operations function to ensure the successful processing of all radiology referrals Assist with administrative duties Maintain confidentiality of all patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Healthcare, clinical or other relevant industry experience strongly preferred Familiarity with EHR platforms a plus Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Self-starter that has grit and is ready to roll up your sleeves Hyper-organized across all elements of your day-to-day Master multi-tasker and stay confident under pressure Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems and processes quickly Strong written and verbal communication skills The hourly range for this position is $17 - $21. This range is based on market data for similar roles in this area, taking into account the specific skills and experience required.
